MENTORING IS ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS, NOT A TRANSACTION

The right mentor is a friend for life. The mentor-mentee relationship is one that transcends mere transaction, one that goes beyond finding answers to topic-specific questions. I have benefited from many mentors throughout my life and my career. They have opened doors for me, taught me how to open my own, put me in front of the right people and presented me with transformative opportunities I didn’t even know how to look for.

 

Before taking you on as a mentee, we will sit down for free-of-charge interview to asses:

 

• If we are a good match for one another on a personal level. The relationship has to be built on trust, click and flow, which requires dialogue and the chance to share a laugh.

• Your current personal and professional situation, the reasons for which you seek a mentor and your goals.

• If I believe that I am not the right mentor for you, I will tell you so. And will encourage you to do the same.
